Had my hip replaced by Dr. Steven Harwin. The surgeon and hospital did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them.
Recently I was admitted for a double knee surgery . The surgery went well thanks to my Dr. Steven Harwin and his team. My stay at the hospital and rehab was excellent . From the nursing staff to the PCA staff , the nutrition staff and big thank you to the PT/OT staff for their understanding, compassion and their patience , for a great therapy I received ..������
Where do I start. It has been a blessing thus far to have the medical team caring for our beloved mom. God knows all things and prepares our path. From hour to hour we await her recovery and the team is effectively and effortlessly kind and attentive. The greatest piece of medicine or being a person centered team is compassion. WHEELCHAIR USERS BEWARE: Hospitals are places where you might expect to find a few wheelchair-accessible restrooms. But now I’m remembering that Mount Sinai West isn’t really one of those places. And I’m just a visitor. I’d like to hope that inpatient rooms are at least better equipped... especially in a facility that was built in 1990. But I’m told they only exist on the rehab floor for patients, and in a few private rooms, but only if you can afford to pay for those.
