I was at emergency room. I had very high bp and 143 heart beat. I was waiting on corridor an hour and half. Even I ask for help, told nurse I like to go home after some one check on me. Nurse’s answer was “ we r not hand coffin u, if u like u can leave” I’m not happy, I was sick and it was serious. I wish I can let my insurance and don’t pay my visit. It’s not worth it.

Labor and Delivery triage.... They have the most unprofessional women behind the desk named Desire Nelson. She's rude and unprofessional. Has a nasty twisted face behind the front desk. Miserable appearance. Families are excited to welcome a new baby and she is a Debbie Downer. We've had a horrible time with her on our special day. They should never have such a person on their front line... especially in a place of such happiness. Booooooo for mount Sinai west labor & delivery triage department.
The nurses and doctors are very nice and attentive but being sick on Christmas eve is in the best low in staff
Had to admit myself into the ER staying in New York after the end of a business trip. Turned out I was having an appendicitis attack. Staff sprang into action that potentially saved my life. Fairly clean and efficient facility that communicated in whats happening. Stayed on the 14th floor which had private rooms which helped recovery.
Six days in hell.. from the ER to the miserable stay I don’t even know where to begin. This is the most awful place I've been to in my life. The first incident was me checking into the ER. The Jamaican woman taking my vitals pointed to the door and said "OUT" when she was finished. Not "you're all finished" or "I hope you feel better" but "OUT"! Then I was in the ER for four hours before they relived any of my pain. The doctor checked in and acted like she forgot something an...Continue Reading
