Mount Sinai Miami Beach, is sending invoice for over U$13.000!! I never been in the hospital!! I called at bill department explain is not me!! Someone take my name and address!! Need HELP!!! No one care!! About this big problem!! It can destroy my credit !!! How can be possible!!!! Emergency room doesn’t check!!!! ID????

Great service and very nice staff.
Had surgery 3 weeks ago in the new wing just opened in February. All I can say is the staff was phenomenal I couldn’t have asked for any better treatment.
I have a friend who is stuck there due to Medicaid reimbursement issues. The person is a diabetic on dialysis and they are refusing to check his blood sugar levels because they won't get paid! I don't understand how they call themselves a caring facility when the cost of doing a simple accucheck is too costly for them. I know that they are in the business of making money but this can cost him his life and them even more than the cost of a simple accucheck! Their mission statement is a false one and it should be changed!
