Mount Sinai is the BEST Don't understand all the Negative S____ that I am reading! Both my Son and Mother have been there and been treated very well and the Medical Center is Very Clean and there staff are pleasant and respectful! Right now my Mother is there due to a hip fracture and they are taking the best care for all of her needs! Thank you Mount Sinai!!
Really awful experience, from the nephrologist who was a complete ass to uncaring staff with few exceptions. The care was mediocre and they are not way behind the rest of healthcare in “customer service”. Couldn’t get any records despite asking for them daily. Now I have to go back to get the films from my mothers cath. Truly inept and uncaring.
Great drs, from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.very satisfied patient. Except a for one dr that gave me a misdiagnosis, told me that my tumor could be operated, so I believed what he told me, so I was very happy and told my family that it will all be good.But dr Steven j Resnick is a neurologist, and not neurosurgeon, he made a hypothetical assumption that he should have never made.
