My mother spent there 2 weeks before her passing. Our family had to keep a member there 24/7 to watch for any errors,and there were many. The hospital has just become too large and money hungry to insure top notch care. There also is a language barrier with much of the staff for non Spanish or Jamaican speaking people. This place truly doesn't care about the patients without insurance or poor. Never seen such level of health care discrimination. Saw an old man shit himself because your staff truly did not care about his confort. Also saw man screaming in pain because the no one would help him even though he came to a hospital to be helped
We couldn’t be any more grateful for the staff here at Mount Sinai Medical Center. They have provided so much comfort to our family during one of the scariest times in our lives. Their thoroughness and genuine care saved my husband’s life and made sure he had the future he deserves. I cannot express enough how amazing this hospital is. Angels come in all forms.
What a great hospital with some of the nicest people in the business. They treat you with such kindness and compassion. From the reception, to the nurses then the doctors magnificent all the way around.
