My father spent his final 9 days on this earth at Mount Sinai. To say I was pleased with the care there would be a lie. There were some nurses who were great while we were there. But there were a few who simply unpleasant to deal with. I understand they have a tough job, but when someone is in pain and it takes 30-40 minutes for you to do anything about it, it's tremendously frustrating. Had very serious medical emergency while on vacation with friends. Docs and staff were very caring and gave excellent medical care. Our friend had to be transported to Houston they helped make the transition as smooth as possible. God Bless them,
