As a healthcare professional and patient I must say I am very disappointed with my experiences here at the hospital. It is a very lovely facility, however, compared to other well known institutions including my place of employment, customer service and wait times are extremely terrible. 1. i have been "seen" by this Dr 2 times, she was supposed to be my PCP. The first time i was at the Mount Sinai Hospital in Altor road where she works the office where they made me wait was filthy and very dirty, then the room where the Dr "sees" you all the equipment there looked dated, very old. 1. The Dr only sees you at the end of the visit, because the person who actually sees you is a resident, not the Dr. 2. Doctors, Equipment, Friendly Staff!
Not feeling the love at Alton Rd. We went to Hialeah because my wife had chest pains. They were excellent. Fast treatment and response to her condition. We were transported to Alton Rd, and are in a holding pattern. My wife has not eaten since yesterday and will not be able to until she takes a stress test. Going on 20hrs without food and drink. Not what I expected.🙁
Brought my wife Lourdes Flores Fernandez to the ER over night Saturday February 9th-10th at their new location in West Hialeah and had a formidable experience with the promptness they took her in, the medical care she received and primarily the staff of nurses beginning with Janibelky Tavares and Elizabeth. Wonderful people and facilities. We are very happy Mount Sinai is making Hialeah great.
