I had accidentally locked myself and two friends out of my car, after filling out the paper work Marvin from security showed upped. He did an absolutely amazing job and would not stop trying until he got us into the car. Way to go Motor City casino you guys rock!!🤟🤟👍👍
This place can suck a dick seriously. Just like Greek Town Casino, you have to have a players card to enter the casino. I spent a lot of money at these places and y’all lost a lot more because I didn’t have my card with me to get in? What a joke. Look Me up and see how much money you lost tonight. Thanks for the favor, saving the amount I planned on spending and will use it in Vegas next month. Idiots!!!
Huge casino; however majority of machines or old and don’t pay out. The casino is not kept clean, garbage cans are scarce and lots of garbage on and around machines. Drinks are outrageously priced and not even that great. Very nice people though.
The nonsmoking areas are tiny and the slots in the nonsmoking rooms are the older, outdated ones. The beverage stations are lacking to say the least!

We came to Detroit from NYC to celebrate my birthday, attend the Jlo concert, and to see all that the Motor City has to offer ! We did our own research before deciding where to stay at the hotel !
