This was my 1st time staying here. It was a gift for my birthday but I ended up very upset. When we arrived it was a cupcake which was exciting, we went to the buffet for dinner which was very disappointing! I tasted a little of everything and everything was dry and old besides the chicken. Checked in. Left a sealed envelope at the front desk. The man working at guest services decided to open it and throw away the contents. Why would guest services open a sealed envelope with someone’s else name on it? Really feel like my personal privacy was violated.
