When we checked in, we were sent to a room with unmade beds and towels on the floor. Immediately called the front desk and was asked by the woman working if we wanted to change rooms. Not sure why that would even be a question. Made our way back to the front desk and Deshaun, the gentleman who first checked us in, was not at the desk. His co-worker was not the most pleasant person and she again asked if we were requesting a new room. We came in on a bus for a high school football game. The rooms are very nice. The Casino need upgrades machines and a non-smoking area. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
Visited the buffet around 1:30 pm. A hostess showed me to my seat and she was very very nice. Then things turned really shitty. My waitress saw me sit down and she continued to talk to her friends for another ten minutes then approached me and took my drink order. This person after that never came by to check to see if wanted a refill or to check to see if everything was ok. My sister paid for a suite which cost 500.00 per night the room wasn’t ready at check in time , She had to wait in her BestFriend room for over a hour. They Didn’t give her a room on the 12th or above as requested and made no apologies for the delay in having her Suite ready. The lady at the Desk had a nasty attitude and was very unprofessional

Our room could have been cleaner for the money spent. Lots of stains and some grime in the bathroom. Very hospitable staff. Nice bed and bath linens.
