RecommendedI bought a 2017 F350 from Marcus on 3/14/19, but the whole staff worked together in a professional way to get everything expedited. Had a great experience dealing with the whole staff. I did not have to wait around to complete the sale, all paper work was in order and ready to be signed.
Tried multiple times to get In touch. Roy from there website chat promised the internet manager would contact me I still haven’t heard anything! You would think they don’t want to sell a car with the lack of follow up from 4 emails! I can only imagine how bad the service would be if I bought something and actually had a problem! Stay away from these people who clearly don’t understand customer service!

Just another used car sales lot. No pride in what they sell or what they say . Was looking for a truck and found one on their online site . Was told the truck was in excellent shape and not one issue with it. Fly down to Texas ( me being from Rhode Island) and head over to the lot. I find the truck and find chips in the paint, scratches along multiple panels. Dents and failed attempts at paint repair. And also a bed side that is repainted ( horribly) . I purchased a f250 Platinum about 2 and half weeks ago from them. I brought it home on a Saturday, went to work that following Monday. On way hit a change in the road and truck went into death wobble on me. By the end of the day it had gone into that wobble two more times.
