I purchased a vehicle there on January 31st 2020. It is now July 13th 2020 and I still have no paperwork, check for tags or title. I am paying payments on a vehicle that I can't legally drive. My wife and I have called repeatedly for 5 and a half month, only to be given the run around. We have been lied to over and over. I'm contacting an attorney. They have the cool cars, but good luck on ever being able to tag or sell it if you buy it here.
I bought a truck from them in Oct. 2019. Never received the title or plates. Filed a complaint against them with the DMV. Now I have to get a bonded title and hope no one has any liens on the truck. What a hassle.
This dealership sold me a truck in October 2019. I still have not received my plates and when I tried to contact them they refused to answer their phones, e-mails, or texts. I went to the dealership on 12-3-2019 and the place was deserted. Someone in the office told me she didn't know anything and could not help me. She then encouraged me to file a formal complaint against the dealership. I then called the finance company and they said the have not received the title from the dealer. *BUYER BEWARE* Firstly, let me say Melissa House was exceptional. She was not pushy or overbearing. Secondly, y'all look over your paperwork THOROUGHLY!! This place tried to charge $25.50 for a safety only inspection that is only $7.00, then a registration fee of $243.00 which the state only charges around $65.00. Lastly, tried to charge $128.00 for a title transfer fee that's only $33.00 from the state.
