In actually a 3way customer yet after my last experience with 3way I talked to a couple of my friends that own gmc vehicles and I wound up taking my truck in to them for service. I was so impressed with there service department that 3way has lost a lifelong customer. See you for the next service.

I only go to Motor City. John Pitre, Bryan Fahsbender and Pete Garcia and the rest of the team at motor city GMC always help get us the right vehicle for the right price. The sales staff is never pushy and always helpful. I service my personal and work vehicles at motor city and never get up sold for parts or service I didn't need. I've had to get parts at other local dealerships and never had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend Motorcity GMC for your next vehicle or service!
Bad experience from the sales agent to the sales manager. We were put under the wrong warranty and according to them it was the computers fault. With less than 2 months of having the vehicle check engine light comes on. Now we're having to replace a part but because of the warranty issue it took them longer to order the part. The truck is still at the shop it's been 3 weeks this is ridiculous. I will never buy from there again and never recommend anyone!
