I really liked the fact that the sales associate was up front and honest. Nick Vallejo is the greatest. He made sure we knew of all our pricing options and made sure that the vehicle we bought had all of the options that we were looking for. He went the extra mile to work around our schedules. This is our second new car purchase from Motor City. Start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Greg Fontes, our salesman was low-key, professional and knowledgeable of the product. He sincerely listened and responded to our concerns. We left with the vehicle we wanted (and could afford) feeling good about it all.
I haven't had any issues until recently. We took one of our vehicles in for maintenance and were informed that it would be checked the next day. We called the next day and again informed it would be a day or two before it can be looked at. We then had to rent a vehicle to get back and forth to work in. A day later we happened to be in the area and went to check on the car because now no one is returning our calls. We were told it still hadn't been checked, at this point we are done. I love my GMC Team. They get you in and get you fixed up definitely 5 stars for these guys! Love their vehicles too!
The customer service was horrendous. I have never been treated so poorly. I guess they don't need my money.
