Totally worth the wait! The staff were friendly, even when faced with a hoard of hungry, impatient customers. The food was perfect - go for their famous po boy drenched with debris, which is a messy bit of heaven.
No trip to NOLA is complete without a stop here. The staff is friendly, the food is to die for, and it oozes New Orleans charm. Did I mention the food is to die for?

The sweet potato pie tasted cheesy and the appearance gelatin.. the food didn’t seem like it was prepared there.. There wasn’t an aroma of fresh food being prepared there at all.
