Horrible customer service. Long arse wait outside, but there were plenty of empty tables inside...so absolutely no reason to have us waiting in the heat! Couldn’t even ask questions about the menu because they rush you to order! Food was very overpriced for the quality of it, and it had no seasoning! I ordered the “world famous ham” and it was as dry as cotton mouth! The Mac & Cheese was straight stovetop, but appeared as baked in all photos. Jenn, we made two public pleas on social media about the empty tables (https://is.gd/X6dvPt (link) & https://i.imgur.com/pu59fLS.jpg (photo). Guests were reaching the cashier without any idea what they wanted to order, or in some cases, ordering items not on the menu. We agree with you---we'd rather have every table filled and everyone happy. Guests were simply unprepared to order when the time came, which created a huge problem. We're working on a plan to address this issue.
The sweets was good, but the customer service wasn't up to part particularly the young lady who took my order, The entree was descent but I've had Mississippi soul food from the scratch so my standards where a bit high.

There was a long wait in line, which added to the anticipation. The food was ok. The service was not ok. I came, I saw. Probably wouldn't go back.

Food DID NOT live up to the the hype. I’m not sure why the line stays long. 2 stars only because the staff was very friendly but they should have warned us to leave and go to the food tents on the corner.

I was not impressed. The line moved quickly and the waitstaff was friendly, which was a bonus but that’s it. The food was meh and a bit pricey for it not to be good. The peach cobbler was descent though. #EMF2018

Great shrimp and grits. Had them remove the cheese though. I wasn’t expecting process cheese. The peach cobbler � was to die for. The food was worth the wait in line.
Here having dinner for my fiancée bday and I love the food and excellent service. The prices are amazing. Beautiful atmosphere. I will visit again.
