The bottom line is that I briefly had mosquito service from this company and I asked to be taken off the automatic charge and automatic service process, and I requested over the phone with the local office. They agreed to do so. The following month I was charged again, called in, and again requested to be taken off their service and charge list. This customer was NEVER charged for a service for this season and was tagged as opting out of auto renew so not sure why he thinks he got charged. We keep records of all charges so can submit proof at any time to any customer. A letter went out along with a proposal of services for the current year including an offer for renewing early to our previous customers. It is clearly stated in the letter that you can opt out of the auto renew program, which was missed on his account the first time but was then tagged as to NOT auto ... read more
