We are having a lot of work done to our yard, pool and deck. Mosquito Joe was unable to spray during regular rounds due to so many workers present during the day- all day. Our service man, Aaron, very kindly offered to start his day early and spray our yard at 6:30am- an hour and a half before he normally starts work! You can't beat that kind of customer service. Thank you Aaron and Mosquito Joe! I am a fan for life! (And we thank you keeping us bug free as well.) I plan to tell all my friends.

Thank you, Mosquito Joe, Destin, FL. I only got bitten a few times after the first spray, twice after the second, and have been out for a couple of hours after dark post third spray. Unheard of for me! I can finally enjoy our pool and not worry about the pollinators being harmed!

This company treated us horribly. They came by and my father in law and nephew were cutting the grass, so they said they would go inside. The mosquito joe employee said no problem, I’m just going to get my stuff ready. Then they just left and didn’t come back. When I called the woman on the phone was horribly rude to me and didn’t think he should have even let us know he was just going to leave. Awful customer service. I cancelled them and will be going with a competitor that treats their customers better.

Used mosquito joe of Annapolis/ Baltimore all of 2019 until they sprayed my neighbor’s yard and charged me for the treatment, I have cameras at my house and my neighbors also do. Called to get them to come back out and spray my yard the correct yard and they said they would have to do an investigation and never returned until my next scheduled treatment, so I canceled and now they say I owe them for a treatment I never received.
