Mosquito Joe has been our backyard piece of mind! They have great customer service and always listen to our concerns.
The initial treatment worked well. After the second treatment we were noticing significant numbers of mosquitos within a week or so. When they continued to worsen I contacted Mosquito Joe 14 days after service to request a free booster treatment per the guarantee on their website. They refused to honor their guarantee, saying that since I was already scheduled for my next regular treatment that service would be a regular spray at full cost. Scheduled last week to have yard treated Monday August 24, No one shows up. Call today and they tell me they rescheduled application for end of week. If company knows they will not show up on schedule day where is the courtesy call? Email? Text? Poor customer service.

Their treatments work! We tried other companies in the past, but this one actually eliminated the mosquitos! We did the every 3 week treatments as recommended.
