TERRIBLE business operations! I spoke to the Sugar Land Mosquito Joe two years ago and agreed to have them come perform a spray at my home. Everything was sent via text message. They claim they came out twice and performed service but I never saw them or received any type of communication they completed the service. Every other company I use will leave something if you are not home notifying you they were out. They put a lien on my home for $122, also without calling or sending me anything. We had Mosquito Joe’s last year and it was awesome!!!! No mosquito’s and we got to enjoy our yard again. Didn’t see any fleas during the season either!!!! Win Win!!!! They are prompt, courteous and do a terrific job!!!! Here’s to 2020!!!!! ❤️

Worse customer service out there. I’ve call several time and emailed. Always told that someone would get back with me. 2-3 weeks later I still don’t have a phone call or returned email.

I have read some of the reviews on here and I have never had an issue with mosquito joe ! They have been awesome and now I can sit outside and enjoy my back yard without being eaten alive by mosquitoes!! I thank you very much and well worth the money keep up the good work !!
Great, reliable, effective treatment and company! We saw a significant decrease in just the first application, and virtually 100% free bull after the second. Sherry and everyone else on the team always make you feel like an upmost priority, and have even scheduled us same day. Before Mosquito Joe, we had almost no quality of life outside in our own backyard, but now we watch our kid and dog swim, run and play - has really helped to bring us together in a healthy, outside environment! Really worth it! 10/10
