Let me start off by saying I never take the time out of my busy day to write complaints I usually just let them go if I even have any. Horrible customer service! you go online to get a quote and then go off the property lines that they see online. This company was at my home to do a service. I spoke with a Josh on my initial call. I specifically asked if removing spider webs and treatment for them was included along with the mosquito treatment they do. He told me yes, gave me a price of 59.00 and set an appointment. My home has security cameras. I watch this guy put a tag on the front door, put on a mask, get some type of blower out of the truck, go up one side of the house, get back in his truck and leave. We have a neighbor, who insists on doing this. They were out in the middle of a super windy day, so all this poison is drifting over to my organic yard and garden. Also, spraying in the middle of the day, when bees are most active, and he is spraying right by a vegetable garden.

Besides the product proven to work, the office & onsite staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional all rolled into one! If desired or needed they will even give you tips on how to help them help you. After the first treatment, I was able to minimize the amt of repellant I use and after today's treatment, it should effectively reduce OFF and YARD GUARD applications even more. Seemed to work great at first. we just had a treatment on thursday and the misqiutoes are worse than before they treated. Also they are supposed to come spray every 21 days, well they usually come to our house every 18 days and charge for it? 18 isnt 21 so that should be a free treatment if you ask me. Not sure if this place is a gimmick or what.

Don Deitz who is the owner, treats customers as they should be treated. He is outside now on a Saturday, exterminating my condo perimeter with all natural garlic spray because it's safer for the environment. He's making up for the last time that it did not take properly. There is no better company for mosquitoes than Mosquito Joe. I get destroyed every season and with this treatment, I've been able to sit outside again. Thank you Mosquito Joe.
