Noel and all the customer service staff are always so friedly and helpful. The technicians that come out to treat our yard are always friendly and do a great job as well!

Had service with them.. Using their recommendation and only works if you spray two intervals. No way it works three weeks at a time. Following their own results only received a diminished outcome. I was better off with Massey at least it worked two weeks and was half the price. Calls to them I was underwhelmed.

When calling up to explain the 2 times they sprayed didnt work. I got an attitude first from the women Diane who answered the phone and then put me on with a Technician that was even worse and was trying to tell me what happened with the spray instead of listening to me. I'm am so upset. After all the fighting they said we guarentee our work and will come back and spray. I wish they would of just said that at the start but because of there tone and attitude they have lost a customer.
I live in the woods here in Florida. Ticks and Mosquito s are crazy. Called mosquito Joe over a year ago to see if his method works. Within a few days after they treated there was no mosquitoes and no ticks . I’ve been using him ever since. Only twice have I had to get a retreatment. I highly recommend Mosquito Joe.
