First point of contact is his wife and instantly , my desire to have this Specialist Surgeon as my choice for my back concerns has quickly diminished to a NO THANK YOU! I made a phone call and within the first 15 seconds of a telephone greeting, she, the receptionist was very rude and she blew her breath because I asked her "how are you today". Great way to lose and DID LOSE a potential patient . Not only a phone call, he was highly referred by a NURSE.

Helen, the office manager, is the BEST!!! She is the reason that my surgery authorization went through so quickly. She knows how to handle insurance. And in my experience, if she makes a mistake, she promptly cleans it up or she apologizes. Dr M. did my ACDF and gave me back full use of my neck but also my right arm which was at risk of going numb from nerve impingement and I have had no issues since (15 years ago). Very kind and knowledgeable man. He was the only one to listen and understand. He did my ACDF surgery and I felt completely as ease with him as my doctor.
