I was having a cocktail on the Bongo Deck and it would have been 5 stars but the bartender was more interested in texting on his cell phone then to have a dialog with his customers.

Wasn't here long enough to experience food/drinks, but we arrived around 1pm on Sunday for some lunch and drinks. The sign outside said lunch at 12pm. To our surprise, lunch wasn't being served until "about 2:30-3:00". We decided to stay anyway to have a few drinks before lunch started. A server didn't come back to us for about 15 minutes and when she did come back they were out of the drink we ordered. We left very disappointed.

Everything from the food, service, view, atmosphere was five stars. Incredible brunch, loved the unlimited mimosas (and how you could get other drinks as well). Will be back!

No reason to make a reservation they make you wait 10-15mins. The service is awful and if you finally find someone to complain too they really don't care or show emotion. Food takes about 60-70 mins to come out and portions are really small. Everything is over priced and flavorless. I wish this boat would have sunk during one of it's many voyages. This way it would not have ruined my wedding anniversary.
