I went to a Latin Halloween. music n atmosphere was great. costume contest was not well organize. suggestion: next time have workers walk around n select finalist n make announcements that ppl are already selected for contest so no one jumps out..n not make ppl dance cuz costume contest m dance contest is two different contest. js. oh n if it is one winner..stick with the plan. congrats for the winner
