Could stop being soo rude in the ER. Stop assuming everyone is there for pain drugs.
My self as well as my 9 yr old were treated so kindly like family upon arrival they could see I was worried about my son’s cough he had , to checking in and when the nurses and Dr saw us they took their time to listen to the symptoms and treat him . We had the most wonderful experience and they were just amazing ! I came in seeking their services for my son who was ill and they were amazing ! Thank you again to Dr Weaver and his staff . I can not thank you enough
They do the BEST job ever. When you can't take care of yourself this is where you need to be. I have no complaints. I'm so happy we have this in Albany. What a blessing it is.
Had a short wait time. The registration lady was very nice and helpful. The doctor was nice and thorough. And Don LPN was awesome. He made my little girl very comfortable with the testing that had to be done, and she's a tough one. I'll definitely be back.
Great experience. I used the online check in and only had to wait a few minutes. Excellent service. Back to work in about an hour.
