We came into a room that was not cleaned had some type of liquid on the chair they didn't wipe the bed down and we've been waiting for 2 hours and haven't been seen yet! while the doctor and no 2 techs are chatting about their life hobbies.....
Over priced (they mail you an outrageous bill).
RecommendedI haven’t been to any other urgent care so I have nothing to compare it to. I waited almost 2 hours to be seen, it went quick after that. I saw Samantha Brown, I didn’t feel any empathy from her at all, just another patient. I don’t go to urgent care just for fun, if I’m there I’m hurting. Check-in was pretty quick, nice facility. Rowdy kids in the waiting area were annoying especially when you have a headache. They were jumping all over the furniture & 1 had no shoes on. 😬
My daughter needs stitches removed. We got here at 11:20, it’s now 1:00. We are still in one of the tiny rooms waiting. Are. You. Serious. I see no sign of urgent care anywhere in here 😠 I definitely will not be back to this facility.

RecommendedI’ve been there more than once. I find they get you in as soon as they can. They treat you as a person not a number and they always act in kind and professional manner. I would recommend them to anyone seeking immediate care.
