We will follow Tara wherever she works. She is amazing, kind and professional in every way. My 94 year old mother has been seeing her for several years now to help manage her paper thin ear wax buildup. Though an uncomfortable procedure, Tara shares genuine expertise and compassion every step of the way. We are surely blessed by her and appreciate the care she delivers every visit to maintain my mother’s hearing acuity.
Beware of being charged $125 for what seems mostly like a sales pitch for buying hearing aids from them, in addition to a $115 charge for a hearing exam. My insurance wouldn’t pay the $125. I was also told at the appointment that they couldn’t discount their full retail hearing aid costs because Medicare would complain about them selling hearing aids for less than Medicare would pay. This might be valid, but I’ve never heard of this before from anyplace else.
Cant get ahold of them for a referral made in late november and its jan 20th as of today
Bad experience. Waited 3 months for appointment on 12/21that they cancelled, tried to reschedule and had to make two separate appointments for audiologist and MD to get in ASAP which was still another month out. Arrive to appointment and was told we didn’t have an appointment and it would be another month to get in. Then they lied and said we had an appt and didn’t show up for on 12/27 and lied again that there was a note that we needed to see a different doctor but didn’t know why, yet proceeded to try and reschedule us for... read more
