Visited this place for the first time, got a tiramisu latte today….tasted like a French vanilla at Tim Hortons. Don’t recommend this drink at all, especially for 7$
I visited this café hoping to enjoy an iced coffee, but unfortunately received a hot beverage instead. When I kindly clarified that I wanted it cold, the barista responded by insisting that I ordered a Kenyan coffee—without offering an apology or a replacement. I was also confused since “Iced Kenyan Blue Mountain Latte” was only listed under the cold beverages on their menu, not the hot ones. best matcha in the city!
I ordered a ceremonial matcha and confirmed with the staff that it would not be sweetened. But I ended up receiving a classic matcha and it was sweetened ... I doubted my taste first because the drink is noticeably too sweet for me. Then I noticed the label on the cup saying that it was a classic matcha. Did not finish this. Sad morning😢
