I love that there an Mos Mos coffee shop ticket away in a Staples near my office. I just found out about it too! The staff are friendly and fast. There’s usually no line up either. Will be going back to this location a lot.
First time here and the coofe and Dark Chocolate Banana treat was amazing BUT the lady who was working today( I went around 3pm) really unfriendly.. I understand this perfectly because I worked at tim hortons over 10 year ago and always we trained to be nice with customers because that customer bring another customer .. Coffee delicious, amazing taste but I am really disappointed with the lady who was working there... really bad customer service. Was recommended their matcha by a friend and made the mistake of ordering the ginger matcha. The shop is located inside a staples and doesn’t have any seating, but the environment is alright. The ginger matcha was tough. I really enjoy a strong ginger burn, and it had that but without any other flavour. The ginger dominated the matcha. It was also cloyingly sweet and had a really grainy texture. It’s a fine place but I would recommend staying faaaaar away from the ginger matcha.
I’ve consistently had great coffee poured by friendly, easy going baristas here! It does feel as though you’re sitting in Staples- it’s unusual but not unpleasant. I’ve enjoyed the experience every time I’ve gone.
