Solid lattes and chai flavours. Super unique and something fast to grab while in the area.
Staff gave zero communication, I was waiting in line behind someone who was still paying, and the staff just stared at me without saying a word, no “I can help you over here” or anything. Kind of awkward and uncomfortable. just stared like I was supposed to read her minds. If you’re having a bad day, I get it, but don’t take it out on customers. We’re all dealing with something. A little respect goes a long way
Very obnoxious staff. Specially the lady with the short blonde hair (refused to tell her name) and another named “Emmy”. Be respectful of your customers and their needs. They stated laughing at me when I told them my concern. In this case, they catered to the next person who came after me. Therefore I wanted to give feedback/ make complaint about them. October 1st/4pm- Great MM location inside Staples. Excellent service by Barista. My drink was delicious & made perfectly May 3rd 2025 Amani was excellent with her customer service. Professional, informative & friendly. She made our drinks delicious! So good Thank you Amani!
