Unfortunately, both my mother and Father have both been admitted to Northbay hospital over the last three week's. With that being said, they have received outstanding care. Personally being a nurse 19 years, I can say this hospital is the best !! The ER team is amazing. Nurse Katie, Dr. Saeed, Nurse Jeff and a paramedic that the staff nicknamed "ATF" went above and beyond to meet both my parents and my families needs !! I am so thankful this is their hospital !!
The incompetence in the hospital pisses some off! My husband was suppose to have a Bone Marrow biopsy this morning but no one told the nurses he couldn't have aspirin for HAS FRVER!!! Now they postponed the Bone Marrow Biopsy until tomorrow! It pisses off those waiting for this to be done! I think 7 days in a hospital is long enough!!!
The staff are great but the ER service is VERY slow!! The process would get quicker if the nurses/Doctors/PA didn't stand around talking to each other about what souvenirs they bought on vacation or what they brought to eat for dinner that night.
My nephew needed 3 staples in his head. He is 5. They intake person was ok. We went right into the room with in 15 min. The nurses..physician were very nice. They brought us coffee. It was late at nite..about 9pm. They handled my nephew great. Xray was done in 15 min. No waiting. I was very impressed!
I was in and out in a matter of time , loved it , wasn't expecting that's nurse were very attentive
I was pleased with all the caregivers there from admissions to the second floor nurses.. I would highly recommend this hospital to family and friends

My husband is there for a surgery, he had a bit of a hiccup last week & everyone went above & beyond to help him. By far the kindest & well mannered staff from Drs to Housekeeping.
