billing department needs some training. after billing car insurance for a car accident they sent us a bill for the remainder instead of sending the rest to Medicaid.

Family gets top priority before anyone else here. We were here with our 10 year old, checked in at 1. About 30 mins later a nurses son comes in and he gets pushed ahead of my daughter who has been waiting hrs for a test. My daughter had to wait til this guy was done before they even thought about taking her. Here it is almost 4 am and my daughter is just going for her test. I'd rather take my chances with the VA for my own health because this place sucks! If you don't have family or know some one who works here this is NOT t... read more

I'm a primary care physician in the local area and have patients admitted to your hospital periodically. I NEVER get communication from the hospital regarding admission/discharge/consults, even once they show up in the office and inform us of the admission and we request records. Very frustrating, bad for patient continuity of care, and makes them much more likely to be a bounce back admit!

Well I went to the etat Northbay with diverticulitis only to come home WITHOUT being treated! No zofran for the bad nausea and NOTHING for the severe pain I was in. Thank you Dr Dan Williams! I think you need to go back to medical school and learn what pain AND compassion is. I will pray for you that you never experience the pain I was in and get nothing for it!

We are new to the Pasco county area and did not know where to turn for an emergency issue. The ER staff was quick to access the issues and get my partner admitted. 6 days and a much needed vascular surgery later, we hope to be going home tomorrow. A big THANK YOU to the nursing staff in the ER and on 3 south, 2 south, Donna, Linda, Carmela, Stephanie, Jo and many more that the pain medicines make us forget the names. You all along with the Drs. made this whole situation tolerable and we are now on the road to recovery. Even ... read more
