actually work people through the er and not have them sit for 3 hours after being sent by a private doctor for evaluation
I have a cousin in there which is not being taken care of properly. When his wife comes in he is laying in mess. He is in need of assistance to eat in which he does not get. This hospital use to be good I don’t know what’s happened. It seems like you don’t care about your patience anymore.

I had reservations about coming to this hospital but our insurance advice line suggested I bring my 7 month old here. We’ve been here for almost 6 freaking hours and still haven’t been seen by a doctor. They checked my daughter’s vitals once since we’ve been here and haven’t even looked at my biggest concern. I just spent the last 5 days at this Hospital and I just wanted to thank the entire staff for everything they did for me. Everyone from the Emergency department up to the 2nd floor was absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier with the care that I received. Even in my time of panic when they told me I needed a blood transfusion they kept me calm and wasted no time to treat the issue. They were all very attentive and very caring. Went to north bay first they want to inspect my purse than they want to sit here and laugh when I felt unconfortable being searched.
