Waste of 4 hours. My boyfriend was in severe pain with his hip and groin, that eventually went to his knee. He couldn’t get in to see his orthopedic today so he went to the ER. They took an X-ray, gave him a pain pill and told him to follow up with his ortho. Worst experience ever. They even said, they are to basically put a bandaid on it and refer you elsewhere. I won’t be back

*I’m adding a star. I got to rehab and once someone saw me in his room I was met by an administrator, someone hooked up his food, PT came, nurses, nutrition. I am thinking someone might have called them to get it together. He was assisted to get up. He wants out of here so he walked as well. I am willing to give PT a chance. They’re open to doing things that work for him. They seemed to listen. So, if it was you who got him some care - thank you. ...Continue Reading

After being taken to the ER at Morton Plant North Bay hospital on 1/16/2018 by ambulance, the care given to me by everyone in the ER to the nurses and techs on 2 North, was one of the best experiences I have ever had. These are very caring professionals who give their patients respect, understanding and peace of mind while recovering.

My mom was taken last Wednesday for a massive stroke. Between the ER and ICU she had the best care ever in 75 yrs. Izabella and Jen were her ICU nurses and treated her like their own mom. I would highly recommend this Hospital to anyone. Nurse Kim on floor 2 was her final nurse and we loved her too. It made her passing so much more bearable with the love and compassion we felt. Thank you to all the staff for her transition to a better place. We will be forever grateful

Just got released yesterday. I'm very thankful for the help I received. The staff was truly very attentive and professional. I came out feeling better than when I went in. I hadn't felt this good in years.
