Not a problem. Communication was perfect. Even called to tell me the process was still moving forward a couple times. That was a nice surprise when you are wondering what is happening. I financed through them and then refinanced through them.

Horrible. You deal with multiple people. I received pre-approval in April. Now at the end of July my closing dates get canceled due to them not working on this in time. They wait until last min to request needed documentation causing major delays. Never use this company. I will also be leaving my credit union due to there recommendation to use this company.

I could not be happier with the service received from Mortgage Center recently. Chris Clark and Robert Nunley were extremely professional and courteous. I was kept apprised of the loan status every step of the way and the whole process (application to closing) took less than 30 days. I would strongly recommend this company!
