started our refinance in April and was told we could close by June. That did not happen. It always took 2 to 3 weeks to get any response. Was asked to resubmit the same documents every 3 weeks and then was asked for another credit check before we finally canceled the whole thing.
Be better communicators. I have been trying refinance our home and now have surpassed our original closing target by a month. I have emailed and tried to call the two people that are taking care of me and neither one of them returns my call or emails me. This is just an awful customer service as far as I am concerned
We have been going through the same things as others here,,, months of asking for documents and pay records. No calls back or emails etc... impossible to deal with. Finally 2 days before the closing, they contact the realtor, not us and cancel the closing. No reason given, no new date. It now leaves both the buyer and seller screwed. We were being treated like we had poor credit and payment issues. This was a second home we were trying to buy. It wish I could recommend Mortgage center. Our loan officer Mike Jaghnoun is fantastic. Response immediately and he is very knowledgeable. His customer service was amazing. Depending on how the rest of this process goes I might change my rating. The reason I wouldn’t recommend is Katelyn Sitarski. She is very unprofessional and doesn’t response to her emails. Hi Jonathon – Due to the low rates, we have had an influx in refinances in the past couple months. We are doing our best to give the proper attention and smoothest process to everyone we work with. We apologize if you feel you did not receive that from us.
Completely messed up our first loan, and now takes a week for our loan officer to get back to us. If we weren’t almost done with the process we would definitely drop them as a lender. Don’t waste your time.

I would not recommend going with Mortgage Center. We stayed with them for 2 years until we just recently refinanced with a better company. We had nothing but issues with them from the beginning. From the paperwork submitting process at the beginning of the process and some issues a with staff members on the phone to completely inaccurate calculation of our escrow.
