To say I am a heart patient is an understatement. Heart attack at 21 years old. Perfect weight, bp, etc. problem was hereditary. My maternal grandfather had a heart attack and quadruple bypass at 41. My dad had a heart attack at 45. My ldl (bad) cholesterol was off the charts even with diet and meds.
