i complained my contacts are warped and dated 2021, wont refund me a thing!!!
even during the covid 19 pandemic I was able to pick up my glasses in a safe way. which was amazing since my glasses have been broken since October! highly recommend.
Communicate better with patients. Missed an appt cause of work charged me 25.00. When I got the bill I called and asked if I owed anything else because I had moved out of the area and wanted to take care of any bill. Was told no just the BA appt for 25.00. Next I get a hit on my credit report for 125.00,called them and they told me my ins didn't pay cause I moved. Never notified me and they verified they didn't even try (my phone number was the same) just put on my credit report. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION

I have been a patient of this practice since my early 20s. Dr McLin is great and takes a lot of time with his patients. Roland is the best optician and is excellent In helping to pick the best eyeglass frame for your face.
Dr. Mariscotti and Gretchen are wonderful!!!
