Recommendedeven during the covid 19 pandemic I was able to pick up my glasses in a safe way. which was amazing since my glasses have been broken since October! highly recommend.
Communicate better with patients. Missed an appt cause of work charged me 25.00. When I got the bill I called and asked if I owed anything else because I had moved out of the area and wanted to take care of any bill. Was told no just the BA appt for 25.00. Next I get a hit on my credit report for 125.00,called them and they told me my ins didn't pay cause I moved. Never notified me and they verified they didn't even try (my phone number was the same) just put on my credit report. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION
