If you come more than once you get treated like shit. The staff has no people skills
I had our little girl here on Tuesday, and went in to be induced on Monday. I was nervous about being induced and was concerned about pain management. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and reassuring! Jamie was my overnight nurse and she talked me through my epidural (I was in so much pain by then I was crying), Kelli was my delivery nurse and she was wonderful too. This was the best experience I've had in a hospital for labor and delivery (this is our 4th baby but first time at Morris). I will recommend this hospital to anyone... read more
To make appointments they dont keep em and yesterday when i was in er after being hit by a semi they only gave me xray and i wanted other tests but no they dont want to listen and care for the patient then they sent me home in bad pain will never go back there for services again
They don't even deserve 1 star last night was a joke from the time we walked in to the time I walked out
If you're thinking about going here, don't. Go to Kankakee hospital, they're a lot more professional and empathetic.
I was advised to go to the ER today by my primary care provider because of pain, redness, and swelling in my legs that was interfering with my walking ability. She said she was concerned about edema and to be prepared to be admitted. I have to say all of the staff with the exception of one nurse was very kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. I think the nurse's name was Becky in the ER (at least that is what the board said).
