Awesome service when I bought the vehicle. I am very happy with my 2017 Ford Fusion. I would go back in the future!
A few days after buying a truck the check engine light came on. I called the service department and was told I'd be called back. Never was. Called again left a message, no call back. Called my salesman and he eventually called back and left a message for apparently a different customer since he repeatedly said a different name and basically said I'll have to call service department and see if warranty will cover it. Not a very "buy happy" customer at this point
Poor service. Won’t be back. Ordered a part and gave my name and number, never received a call when it came in, the price was higher when I came to pick up the part. I’ll gladly drive twice as far next time.
Avoid this place. Drove down to look at a vehicle and had a certificate for a $25 Amazon gift card after a test drive. 4 months later I still have not received it after many emails inquiring. All they say is it takes time.
Recently purchased a car from Amber and the rest of the team went above and beyond to help us. a great experience.
I thought Jim was an excellent salesperson and Aaron is a really nice financial guy. They both answered questions and explained things to me. All in all, a good shopping experience. It's our 5th vehicle from Morries.
What a great experience I had. My salesman Rob was awesome and even follows up after the sale to make sure that if I have any questions. He even stayed well after his shift so I could test drive the truck. I will always check with Morrie's of Buffalo first and ask for Rob for my future car purchases. Thank you!
