First time ever dealing with Morrie's in Buffalo. We were from 40 miles away and they accommodated us well to fit our schedule. JR was fantastic to deal with. No pressure sales and showed us exactly what we were looking for without trying to upgrade or sell us something we weren't looking for. He even helped us get a few more dollars for our trade in and a lower interest rate than we had planned!! Quick turnaround on making our deal happen. Would definitely come back here again.
Someone stole my logo off the front of my Edge, paid 50$ for replacement logo, you'd think the services department could help to actually put back on, oh no, another 40$ because they have to unscrew 4 bolts, give me a break! ALL the bells, whistles and promises when you purchase, not so much after that!
I had my first dealership buying experience and am very pleased with the entire process. I had some issues with my vehicle but they stood behind it every step of the way. A bit shout out to Dave at Morrie's in Buffalo who worked his magic and made it all possible. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Just ask for Rob Nelson. Rob was the sales rep and Dave is the manager.

Have bought three cars from this dealership. I used and two new. Salesmen have always been nice, well informed and never pushy. We usually come in three or 4 times before making a decision and it didn't seem to matter. Service for the new truck(well new in2011) has always been easy and well done. Kudos to Shelia in the service dept for her great organization skills and winning attitude.
Just purchased a vehicle at Morries in Buffalo. It was a great experience with staff that delivered what they promised. No pressure sales and a very accommodating financing staff. Our sales consultant Jim Zabel was very thorough and took the time needed to go over all the details of our purchase and was able to answer all our questions. Thanks again for the great experience!!
Worst customer service ever. Dont even bother getting their oil change package because they will never be able to get to your can in a timely manner. The servise people will give you a snarky attitude that its your fault they cant fit you in or that ot will be a 2 hour wait. And that you should sit in their crappy chairs for part of your day because its not like you have places to be. Need an oil change at buffalo morries? Better take a half day from work. Great service from my sales person, Amber. She made my car buying experience quick & easy which hasn't always been the case at other dealerships. We walked in knowing what we wanted having researched on the Internet & we drove away 2 hours later. Great service, keep it up!
