This is our second experience with Morrie's Buffalo in the last 2 years. Jim is an excellent salesperson. He worked with us to get us exactly what we needed. Thanks Jim! After performing wide searches for a used Taurus SHO, we found THE ONE at Morrie's Buffalo Ford. Jim and Kim were great to work with. There were some minor things that we wanted to have taken care of, and I received a free loaner during that time. I returned recently to pick up the car, and Jim came out to go over what was done. It was POURING rain, but he took the time to make sure that I was fully informed. Morries of Buffalo has gone above and beyond my expectations! We 'Bought Happy', so will be back!

We just started using Morrie's Ford in Buffalo, and couldn't be happier. Our 2013 Flex Limited presented with a stretched timing chain and because we have the Lifetime Drivetrain Warranty through Morries, with a little bit of a push for some receipts, our repair was covered in full! I stepped in tonight just to check out vehicles. Travis cook helped me out he did a great job! I didn't feel pressured and left informed about my different options.
I had found a car and checked to see if it was still available. They affirmed it was still there. I received a set back on my end but they sent me a price reduction. The next couple of weeks I wasn't sure what to do then they sent me another update on the price so I decided to go to see the car. I test drove two vehicles but decided on my first choice.
