I live two and a half hours from Buffalo, but found the car I wanted on their lot after doing my research. So I made the trip down and test drove the vehicle I wanted. The salesperson I had talked to (emailed) the day before was gone, so I met James Durnan and he helped me out. James is very helpful and very laid back, no pressure at all, and thanks to him we worked out a deal for the vehicle I wanted with a trade in price I could live with. Literally the worst service I have ever had! I will never trust them with my car ever again! I’ve known the CEO Karl Schmidt and his wife since 2007 as they were customers of mine at Caribou for over a year and a half and are wonderful people. The way I and my partner were spoke to today was absolutely unacceptable - you lost what would have been life long customers. The service manager Joe doesn’t know what customer service is.
Went there to get a rock guard put back in place also got oil change and tire rotation trusted it was done looked underneath 2 days later to find the guard still hanging had to make another trip. The service advisor asked the tech why it wasn't fixed he replied it was missing some bolts I am like duh that was really the only reason I went there and they didn't do it pretty disappointed thought maybe they would at least offer something for my trouble. Don't know if I will do anymore business with them or not
Our experience of purchasing a truck from Morrie's Buffalo was hassle free start to finish. Our salesman, Jeff Kamin was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and most important, not pushy. Worked with Jim Zabel to buy a used car and found him helpful, but he did not pressure me. He answered questions, and helped me sort through cars that were in my price range. The service department was good too, touching up the car and getting it ready in a timely way.
