Rob in used car sales was great! Friendly, helpful and had the car ready for us when we got there. The only reason I gave four stars is due to the 2 1/2 hour wait we had to get to the finance dept. It was very frustrating. It would have been nice to have that time estimated better so we could have left, had lunch, and come back but we were continually told we were going in next.
It was the best experience I have ever had buying a car at Morries Buffalo location. We test drove 2 different ones and one was in different location, and they brought it to us. I highly recommend buying your next vehicle with them!
I had the best overall experience at Morrie's Buffalo Ford! Jeff Kamin is wonderful! He made the buying experience super fast and incredibly easy. No pressure, just the facts. He really cares about what the customer wants and needs. Rob K in finance is wonderful too! He made the financing process easy. I will only come to see Jeff from now on. He gained a customer for life!
After having some sour experiences with other dealers, Mike Schuetz was proactive, reached out to me, worked with my work schedule, and was transparent throughout the buying process. We will be coming back to him again. Edit: We already went back to Mike so my wife could upgrade her car. He was able to transfer a car from a Wisconsin dealership for us. We, again, had a great experience at Morries in Buffalo.
