Same problem that everyone else has with this place. They’re supposed to have services as a nurse and treat you like a patient. First the nurse Cindy didn’t call till ten days after I was out of the hospital, first RED FLAG, Then she makes appointment with me on Friday at 4:30pm. Over two weeks after discharge from Hospital. Then she calls me Friday afternoon day of appointment and says she can’t make it. We rescheduled for Monday at 10:30am. Very unprofessional. Left me without care for 3 weeks !!! I was promised care that I didn’t recieved. Everything they did came with an excuse that was totally unrelated to the patient….. weird. They would leave me on hold for 2 hours on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. I stayed I don’t care I wanted to get answers for not receiving care. They sent me a therapist eventually and this guy was a HUGE red flag. From assuring me I was safe with him and using his “paper work and license” as a reason for me to trust him giving me care home alone... read more
Committed fraud and now Taiwo Claims he owns the business. Absolutely stay away from this company !! They sent a LOWES CASHIER to my house and claimed she was a Wound Vac Specialist. We found out very quickly she didn't know what she was doing and only hurt my son !! We also got billed for more visits than we had, and my signature was forged for multiple "visits".
