I was Trustee for my father's estate and being out of town it was going to make it difficult for me to attend to the day to day activities that need to be done to get a house ready to sell and also to keep an eye on the home. This was our second time buying a home through Morgan and we will definitely be coming back for a 3rd. Mr. Spillman is very down to earth, has a great sense of humor and is an insanely hard worker. We looked at what felt like 2 million homes (estimated of course), some of them we visited twice. My wife and I told ourselves even we would have been fed up with us by now. Morgan was great! Morgan has been a great person to work with and I would definitely recommend him if you are looking for a realtor that looks out for you and makes sure you get the house you want. I was very particular in what I was looking for in a home so I didn't make the job easy for him. He was very easy to get a hold of if I had any questions and was very knowledgeable on the whole process. From the moment I met Morgan, I knew he was the agent to list my mother's house. He was friendly and personable (very important to me!), and had a track record working the properties in mom's neighborhood. Morgan was AMAZING through the entire time of us anxiously waiting to sell our home. Being a larger home (6 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, 4500 sq ft), it was quite a challenge to sell. It took a little longer which meant things had to be taken care of in our absence. Morgan truly went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend Morgan. With top-notch expertise and the patience of Job, he worked with us until we found the perfect home for us. He took the time to understand our needs and hopes.
