This man is stellar. Morgan was patient, personable, and had our best interest in mind at all times. He was very flexible and was able to help us find our perfect home as well as sell our old home so we could have a smooth transition. I would recommend his services to anyone. Morgan helped my husband and I buy our first home. He worked fast and he communicated with the seller's agent to get our offer under contract within three days of showing us the home. He educated us on things that we would need to do to maintain our beautiful home. When our inspection showed that the home needed a few repairs he negotiated and got the seller to fix everything on the list. He was easy to work with and we can't thank him enough for his help!
Morgan is a great person to have in your corner! He is very knowledgeable about the process in real estate and always gets you the best deal. He goes above and beyond to make sure your buying/selling process goes smoothly. I have used him multiple times and will continue to use him in the future.
I listed my home for sale with Morgan last month, within 10 days he had a buyer for me and a signed offer. On top of that the buyer wanted $3500.00 in closing costs to be paid by me, of his own initiative, Morgan took charge and negotiated the purchase price higher, above what I was asking to cover the majority of the closing costs the buyer wanted! Morgan is truly a professional, I have known him personally for several years and he has never been anything but a top notch professional and a quality person.
Morgan was very personalble and polite in dealing with people. He makes you feel relax because he makes you feel that he is on your side. He is up front with all the tasks that needs to be done. He helped make the sales of my rental painless consider that he and I are many states apart.
