RecommendedApartment staff is very accommodating and definitely the fastest at responding to concerns that I have ever experienced! Maintenance team is very quick to show up and efficient! Very helpful with all of my concerns and always motivated to fix any issues with our apartment. The new team is doing great!
This is by far the best apartment I have lived in ! The staff are so friendly and nice apartments are beautiful and spacious! The neighborhood is quit and safe I love how they are adding to the complex as well i would definitely recommend people rent here

Clean renovated quiet Fast maintenance service
The staff has been very accommodating and always helpful. We had a few issues when we moved in but they were immediately fixed. The maintenance team is hands down the best I have seen or dealt with. That alone is worth the recommendation. Parking is good but that can depend on where you are located in the complex. The only real downside right now is that there is currently no gym due to renovations, but hopefully it will be finished soon.
When i moved from CA i looked for an apartments and some of my friends recommend me some other apartment but i choose Morgan and yes i was right I LOVE MY CHOICE, its a QUIET ENVIRONMENT and STAFF are so FRIENDLY and they are there for you when you needed repair or anything. MORGAN WILL ALWAYS BE MY FIRST HOME.

I have been here almost 1 yr in January and I have had no problems..management has been very nice and help with whatever is needed I have enjoyed living here and will continue for awhile !!!!!!!!!
l give morgan apts and staff 5 stars they have done a lot to make our place of home look better thank you all I will recommend this place to people and give 5 stars.
