After moving to dallas from Corpus Christi for our daughters medical needs , we have finally found a great place to call home! Thanks to maribel who helped us get into these nice apartments, and also thank you Rosie yall are really respectful, and didn’t let us leave disappointed � if anybody is ever looking for an apartment go ask for one of them they will gladly be able to assist you �
RecommendedThe Morgan apartments have great front office service. Rosie was very sweet and answered all my questions. The apartments are a great price for the new upgraded appliances. They r very nice and quiet. I recommend it if u r looking for a first time renter or rented before.
bueno días , deseo compartir mi opinión a cerca de Morgan Apartment , me agradó mucho el servicio que dan, fue fácil el proceso de renta ..siempre pendientes y te hacen las cosas más fáciles... Gracias a Maribel, a Rosy que fue muy amable y me mantuvo al día de todo .. Es un lugar muy tranquilo y me gusta mucho . quiero decirles que lo más importante es el servicio y la dedicación que le dan a los residentes, porque eso es lo que prevalece mucho para tener una agradable estancia . Gracias!
Ha sido un año que se me fue tan rápido, sinceramente tuve mucha suerte de encontrar un lugar tan acogedor y con personas que realmente les importa lo que sucede al momento de resuelven los imprevistos si es que sucede alguno siempre tratando de que yo te esté contenta me atienden en lo que ocupo, todo ha sido remodelado y me encanta. Ha sido un placer vivir aquí este primer año esperemos que algunos más, 100% recomendable.

The office staff is great. the apartments are spacious. They will work with you if you are willing to pay something towards rent.
I love my apartment. It's almost time to decide if I'll be signing a new lease, but I haven't even had to consider it, I definitely intend to stay here! Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors, friendly and accommodating staff, three pools, and great maintenance team! The only drawback is that they do not have a work out center, as advertised when I moved in; however, the new management has been hard at work all year remodeling these buildings, so I'm sure that's also on their list of features to create for us. 4/5 Stars for that... read more
